He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Lawrence and Hilda Donovan Moffett; and his siblings, Harriet Moffett LaPorte, Loretta Thomas and Arthur Palmer.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his children, Daniel (Melissa), Katherine (James Johnston) and Melissa Denbow; his grandchildren, Daniel Moffett, Mariah Moffett, Kyle Moffett, Chelsea Moffett, Neil Johnston, Malisa Johnston, Grace Preston and Megan Preston; his nieces, Roxanne Dooda, Jimmy Dooda, Priscilla Pasquerella, Joey Pasquerella, Pamela Camirie, Arnie Camirie, Perry Smart, Sally Smart, Harvey Dunning, Jean Dunning and Aunt Clara Donovan; his cousins, Stuart "Mace" Donovan, Dwight Smith and Linwood Davis; his close friends, The Stallion, Billy "Cedar" Mallar, Billy Coffin and Frankie Gatcomb; and also Jeffrey Denbow.
