She was predeceased by: her husband Jackie "Joe" Riggs; and her son Michael A. Riggs. She is survived by: her son Herbert Riggs (Laurel); her grandson Joel Riggs; her great grandchildren, Amaya and Damien Riggs; her granddaughter Heather Fitzsimmons (Carleton); her children, Cody and Starr; her grandson Michael Riggs (Katie); her great grandchild Cora; her granddaughter Tabitha Parsons (Chad); and her sister Quanita Davis. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
