He was predeceased by: his father Robert J. Shook. He is survived by: his mother Barbara A. Shook (Armstrong) of Kennebunkport; his close friend Cheryl Harding of Wells; his daughter Nicole Anderson (David); and his siblings, Dennis Shook, William Shook (Sherri) of Hollis, Deb DePiero (Brad) of Kennebunk, Beverly Scott, Karen Shook of Biddeford, Patty Powers (Roger) of Evanston, Laurie Gerard (Garrett) of Lyman and Kristen Gilman (Tom) of Gray, Maine.. He is also survived by his friends and family and his many nieces and nephews.
