Tuinstra (Dean) of Wichita, KS; his mother-in-law Claudette; his siblings-in-law, Nancy Fifield (Keith), Maxine Pearcy (David), Torrey Desper, Donald Campbell (Laura) and Rick Bisson; and his nieces and nephews, Jesse Desper (Dawn), Justin Desper, Fiancé Alyssa, Brooke Dube (Matt), Meagan Fifield, Companion Ryan, Robert Fifield, Companion Brittney, Gavin Campbell (Samantha) and Caleb Campbell.
