It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carney Howell (Kennebunk, Maine), born in Speedway, Indiana, who passed away on November 3, 2018, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Howell and Ruth Howell; his sister Susan K. Howell; and his wife Susan Hanscom Howell. He is survived by: his wife Judy Shanks Howell; his children, Stacia Howell, Ellery Raitt, Charlie Howell, Abby Clifford and Jeff Clifford; his grandchildren, Cameron Clifford and Maya Clifford; and his brother-in-law Peter Hanscom.
