He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Parlin and Lizzie Parlin (Pinkham); and his siblings, Kenneth Parlin and Harriet Cummings. He is survived by: his wife Jean Parlin of Jefferson; his children, Hayley Parlin of Whitefield, Wayne Parlin (Crystal) of Jefferson, Tammy Sawyer (Mark) of Whitefield and Dennis Parlin (Jessica) of China; his grandchildren, Cameron Brann, Mackenzie Sawyer, Isabella Parlin, Timber Parlin, Silas Parlin and Shiloh Parlin; and his sisters, Kathryn Laselle, Shirley Wright and Cheryl Carter.
