He was predeceased by: his sister Carmen. He is survived by: his grandfather Jerome; his wife Gail Creath (Baxter); his children, Ivan (Mary), Carrie (Hollis) and Mark (Brigette); his grandchildren, Gunnar, Garrett, Hanna, Isaac, Tyrus, Jacob and Elizabeth; his siblings, Cindy, Michael (Ann) and Bill (Cathy); and his siblings-in-law, Lynn (Tom) and Robert. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
