She was predeceased by: her brother Eben M. Whitcomb, Jr. (Ann). She is survived by: her sisters-in-law, Lois G. Hessler of Silver Spring and Shirley L. Whitcomb of Haddam, Connecticut; her children, Katherine Pitman (Stephen) of Newbury, N. H., Robert (Sara) of Ellsworth, Margaret Moore (Tim) of Portland and Richard Johnson of Baltimore, MD.; and her grandchildren, Katherine Hessler, John Hessler (Lily), Lindsey Tysland, Matthew Pitman, John Moore (Julie), Christina Tatum (Joshua) and Kevin Moore. She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
After Dick's passing in 2017, Ann continued to winter in Florida until the pandemic forced an early return to Maine, where she lived until her passing.
