He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Bell and Ethel Bell (Skinner); and his daughter-in-law Ann Simpson Bell. He is survived by: his wife Janet Bull of North Gorham; and his children, Ann (Kris Penisten) of Swansea, Massachusetts, Barbara (Gary Winship) of Windham, David (Dottie) of South Waterford, Peter (Krista Clark) of South Waterford, Constance (Steve Herrick) of North Gorham and Julia (Jim Hubbard) of North Gorham. He is also survived by his 6 kids, 12 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren.
