He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Bouchard and Genevieve Bouchard (Jalbert); his wife Elizabeth "Betty" Bouchard (Caron); and his siblings, Linda Pelletier and Louis "Jack" Bouchard.
He is survived by: his children, Debra Mullins (Michael) of Florida, Susan Devoe (Elden) of New Canada, Jill Bouchard Cairns of Fort Kent, Denis Martin (Betty) of Arizona, Jeffrey Martin (Nicole) of Solon, ME and Michael Martin (Leslie) of Arizona. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
