He is survived by: his mother Lula Foss (Akerson) of Fort Fairfield; and his siblings, Philip Foss (Sheila) of Perham, Douglas Foss (Betty) of Blaine, Robert Foss of Easton, Maxine Hathaway (Roy) of Fort Fairfield, Valerie Clark (Terry Donovan) of Fort Fairfield and Lisa Foss of Cottage Grove, MN. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
