He is survived by: his wife Ella May Friend; his children, Stephanie LeBlanc (Tony) and Stephen Friend (Ivy); and his stepchildren, Diane Price (Chuck), Betty MacLean (Shannon), Michelle Sweetser (David) and Burchard Sweetser (Ashley). He is also survived by his many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
