He is survived by: his wife Joyce of Farmington; his sister Ginny (Sam Parks) of North Carolina; his children, Mike Chapman (Jennifer) of Farmington, Cathy Jo (Billy Monahan) of Farmington and Kristen (Dana Perkins) of Skowhegan; and his grandchildren, Brian Dunn (Maria) of Livermore Falls, Josh (Ky Ross) of Augusta, Tia Dunn of New Sharon, Ashleigh (Chris Benner) of Brooks, Dustin (Logan Chapman) of Michigan, Samantha Chapman of Massachusetts, Lloyd Sweetser (Autumn) of Dixfield, Zak Cole (Nicole) of Farmington, Keith Chapman of Farmington and Hannah Chapman of Farmington. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great-grandchildren, and a couple great great-grandchildren.
