He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Newcomb and Leona Newcomb (Chabot); his brothers, Clarence, Earl, George "Bud", Charles Harold "Lin" and Ronald; and his nieces and nephews, Diane, Rosemary, Michael, John and Kirk.
He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Richard, Teri, Jeff, Jimmy, Ann Marie, Laurie, Peggy, Debbie, Nancy, Dana and Jane. He is also survived by great-great nieces and nephews and several godchildren.
