He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene B. Campbell and Alice E. Campbell (Peavey); his son Jeff Campbell; and his siblings, Gene, Hal, Earl, Joe and Beatrice.
He is survived by: his wife Nedra Campbell (Warman); his children, Collier Lester (Steve), Jon Campbell (Stephanie) and Kelly York (Noel); his daughter-in-law Amanda Campbell; his brother Don Campbell; and his sister-in-law Colleen Campbell. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
