He was predeceased by: his parents, Rita Latham (Johnson) and Charles Latham; and his brothers, Charles Latham Jr. and William Latham. He is survived by: his significant other Norman Sprague; his friends, Molly, Gerald Luvio of Portland and Don Drew of Cumberland; his sisters-in-law, Dorothy Latham and Laurie Latham (William); his niece Lynn Esty; and his nephew Mark Latham.
