She was predeceased by: her parents, Blanche Louise and Ralph E. Hatstat Jr. Louise; and her husband Cecil Willey. She is survived by: her children, Beverly Willey and James Willey; and her grandchildren, Dawson and Reannah. She is also survived by several siblings and step-siblings; as well as many family and friends.
