He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Edward and Mary Jane Williams Spiller; and his siblings, Benjamin and Mary Ellen. He is survived by: his wife Willa Ames Proctor; his children, Donald A. Spiller and Amy E. Bruns; and his grandchildren, Joshua Spiller, Neisha Bruns and Isaiah Bruns.
