He is survived by: his wife Claire of Waldo, ME; his son Robert McHatton; his granddaughters, Mackenzie McHatton of Ashburnham, MA and Heather McHatton of Ashburnham, MA; and his stepsons, Brian and Colin Smith. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
