He was predeceased by: his parents, Fredrick Jacques and Dora Jacques. He is survived by: his wife Dana Jacques; his children, Lisa Kipp Jacques, Avery Henningsen and Jeffrey Jacques (Kim); his grandchild Marsden; his daughter Stacie Jacques (Peter); and his grandchildren, Maya and Elijah. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in John's memory may be directed to the Waterville Food Bank.
