It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George McNeil Corey Jr. (Belfast, Maine), who passed away on July 22, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Corey, Sr. and Madelene Corey; his sister Ruth (Leo J. Grivois); his mother-in-law Ella Eastman; and his sisters-in-law, Rose (Theron Micue, Jr.), Florence (Chester Eames, Jr.) and Wilma Eastman.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Corey of Sidney; his sister-in-law Roberta Brown (Fremont) of Terryville, Connecticut; his daughters, Louise Erskine (Michael) of Sidney and Debra Corey of Sidney; his grandsons, Jacob Erskine of Bangor and Ryan Erskine (Mikayla Charters) of Farmingdale; and his close friends, Timothy and Rachel Williams of Sidney. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
