She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Giudice and Theresa Del Giudice (Terregino); her son David Pilot; and her former husband Richard Pilot. She is survived by: her children, Sara LaBrecque (Steven), Rick Pilot (Monica), Mathew Pilot, Peter Pilot and Robert Pilot; and her siblings, Elaine Trucksess, Theresa Zaccardo (Arthur), Nancy Garvey, MaryAnn King (Don), Toby Del Giudice and Anthony Del Giudice (Cathye). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren; several cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a contribution in Vivien's name may be made to Our Lady of the Rosary Church at 131 High Street, Sabattus, ME 04280. Donations may also be made online.
