She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Whittier and Muriel Whittier (Haskell); and her brothers, Bruce Whittier, Clarence Whittier and Francis Whittier.
She is survived by: her husband Edward Lowell; her sisters, Lilla Sylvester and Elizabeth Martin; her sister-in-law Madeline Allen; her sons, Dan Lowell (Linda) of Turner and William Lowell (Amanda) of Turner; and her great grandchildren, Mary Whittier, James and Tania Whittier. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
