He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Simard and Fernande St. Pierre Simard; his mother-in-law Solange LaRoche; and his pet Nellie. He is survived by: his wife June Simard (LaRoche); his sister Joan (Nelson); his sister-in-law Louise McDonough (Sean); his father-in-law Roger LaRoche; his nephews, Scott Tardif (Donna), Sean McDonough (Maria) and Andrew McDonough (Shieun); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Nicholas, Juliana Tardif, Emma, Bella, Elliot and Esme McDonough.
Services will be private due to CoVid restrictions.
