He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles R. Strout and Lottie V. H. Strout. He is survived by: his wife Caroline Wetherby; his children, Joan Simard, Lawrence Strout Jr., Tonya and David Strout; and his grandchildren, Matthew Simard (Mariah), Meghan Chamberlain (Joshua), Erica Richardson (Zack), Alex Strout (Benjamin Allen) and Katelyn St. Pierre (Justin).
