We are sad to announce that on July 6, 2021, at the age of 88, Georgette Mathieu (Auburn, Maine), born in Lewiston, Maine passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Educated and Maria Pomerleau Martel Sr. Educated; her husband Joseph B. M. Mathieu; and her siblings, Jackie Drapeau, Pearl Martel, Monique Martel and Robert Martel.
She is survived by: her children, Daniel (Diane) of Augusta, Claude (Lori Freeman) of Lisbon, Monita (John Bell) of Ball Ground, GA, Diane of Port Richey, FL, Janet of Lewiston and Lisa (Robert Paquette) of Sanford; her siblings, Paul Martel (Joline) of Lewiston, William Martel of Lewiston and Michelle (Conrad Robitaille) of Lewiston; and her friend Donna Holt. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren.
