He is survived by: his parents, Anthony Rufolo and Theresa Rufolo; his wife Leslie McKay Rufolo; his daughter Esther Rufolo Moasser; his son-in-law Hassan Moasser; his grandson Owen Moasser; his son Josh Rufolo; his daughter-in-law Cristene Hudgins Rufolo; and his daughters, Victoria Rufolo and Emma Rufolo.
