He was predeceased by: his brothers, Larry Rash and Rodney Rash. He is survived by: his parents, Doris H. Rash of Westminster and Glenn I. Rash (Mary M. Rash) of Sykesville; and his siblings, Rachaelle Skinner, Susan Diane Earp and Will L. Rash. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews and kind friends.
