Bailey; his daughters, Teresa Glass of Woodbine, MD, Pamela Douglass of Laytonsville, MD and Patricia Hykes of Hagerstown, MD.; his sisters, Sandra Crissey of Virginia and Molly Shrewsberry of West Virginia; and also Anderson Bailey. He is also survived by five grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren.
