He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Lawrence O'Donnell, Sr. and Genevieve O'Donnell; and his sister Lillie Jane O'Donnell Propst. He is survived by: his wife Mary Etta O'Donnell of Woodbine, MD; his daughters, E. Marie Parise (Donald) of New Windsor, MD and Ann M. Delph of Berkeley Springs; and his siblings, Edward O'Donnell (Gloria), Elizabeth Brigham, Genevieve Kozusko and Michael O'Donnell (Sandy). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
