“I found out today about Arthurs’ passing and I am truly heartbroken. Arthur was a regular customer of mine at Bread & Chocolate in Northwest, DC. I served him almost everyday for two years and he’ll truly be missed by the entire staff. He was such a sweet man and reminded me so much of my grandfather. He’s told me many stories that I’ll always have to remember him. Arthur, it was a blessing to meet you. A blessing to be able to come across such a beautiful soul. Until we meet again rest well.”
