He is survived by: his siblings, Leslie Couchenour (Diane) of Pisgah, MD, Lee Couchenour (Lana) of Charles Town, WV and Nancy Speake (Robert) of Marbury, MD.; his nephew Jack Hicks; and his close friend Karen Berry. He is also survived by many other nephews, nieces.
