He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Leroy Rill, Jr. and Bernice Bertha Cook. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Ann Rill; his children, Nicol Lee (Stephen) and Nathaniel Rill (Melissa); and his sisters, Carolyn Leister (Ronald), Cleo Reck and Regina Black. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and extended family.
