He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Sr. Fischer and Wilomena "Minnie" Fischer; his wife Virginia Mae Fischer; his son Robert T. Fischer; and his siblings, George, Dot and Janet.
He is survived by: his daughter Amy Abbott (Ricky); his grandchildren, Cody Abbott and Shelby Haschert; and his great grandchild Mackenzie.
