It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Teresa Monka (Westminster, Maryland), born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on March 19, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Julia Folejewski Sokolis and Bronislaus Sokolis (Burns); and her husband Frederick Monka. She is survived by: her son David G. Monka (Johanna) of Westminster; her sister Agnes Sampson of Cumberland; her sister-in-law Jean Sokolis; her grandchildren, Lauren Richman (Chad), Garrett Stair (Liz) and Jonathan Monka; and her great grandchildren, Jakob and Abigail.
