It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sheila Bradley in Westminster, Maryland, who passed away on June 22, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Pavey and Sheila Pavey (DeVilla); her spouse Ralston Collins; and her sons, Carl Owen and Charles Ernest Meeker.
She is survived by: her daughter Heather Collins Mendigorin (Rey) of Hampstead; her daughter-in-law Ana Meeker Christophe of New Jersey; and her grandchildren, Mia, Elina, Alecia Mendigorin, Daisy Ana Meeker and Nicholas Mendigorin.
