He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Douglas and Edna Audrey McCulley Bergman. He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Bergman (Chris Meredith); and his brothers, Douglas and Richard Bergman. He is also survived by many sister and brother-in-laws, nieces, nephews and friends.
