She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Herron and Elizabeth "Bess" Herron (Wagner); her husband Charles William Cull, Sr.; her son Charles William Cull, Jr.; and her siblings, Betty A. Sizemore, Terry D. Herron and Donald R. Herron.

She is survived by: her son Christopher T. Cull (Heidi); her grandchildren, Chasity Nicole Watring and Christopher Charles Cull; and her siblings, Phyllis J. Price of Florence, KY, Janet M. Tucker (Barry) of Florence, KY, Marti S. Hunt (Thomas) of Covington, KY, H. Geoffrey Herron of Westminster and Thomas Herron of Covington, KY. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
