He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry L. Parrish and Florence V. Parrish (Beal); his adoptive parents, Harry Crouse and Mary Ellen Crouse (Fringer); his former wife Janet Irene Parrish (Flickinger); his wife Evelyn Parrish (Slaybaugh); and his siblings, Florence Morrell, Margaret Parrish, Howard, Harry, Leonard, William and Philip Parrish.
He is survived by: his son Charles L. Parrish (Susan Buffington) of Union Bridge; his grandsons, Matthew Parrish of Taneytown and Derek Parrish (Keirsten) of Taneytown; his sister Mary Mercer of Frederick; and his stepsons, Bill Slaybaugh (Diane) of Winterhaven, FL, Mike Slaybaugh (Cheryl) of Gettysburg and Steve Slaybaugh (Charlene) of Harney. He is also survived by many step-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
