He was predeceased by: his parents, David Daniel Green and Phyllis Lavinda Zepp Green; and his brothers, Ronald L. and William H. Green. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Patterson Green; his children, Michael D. Green, II (Lori), Tammy Green and Daniel Green (Shelby); his siblings, David L., Richard A., John L., Randolph E., James, Thomas H. Green, Phyllis A. Smith, Ethel C. Muller and Carolyn J. Conaway; and his grandsons, Michael Ryan, Shane, Jacob and Colt.
