It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda Bell (Westminster, Maryland), born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 13, 2020, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Charles Kann, II. She is survived by: her husband Scott W. Bell; her mother Frieda Shumberger Kann of Gaithersburg; her children, Stephanie Bell of Westminster and Patrick Bell of Westminster; and her siblings, Charles Kann, III of Gaithersburg and Patricia Jordan of Arlington, TN.
