She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Long and Clara Long (Weinzierl); her husband John J. Schissler, Jr.; her son Joseph A. Schissler; and her brothers, Kenneth, Clair, Raymond and Harold.
She is survived by: her children, John J. Schissler, III (Joan), Havre of Grace, MD, Paul Schissler (Sue Willis), James Schissler, Mark Schissler (Debbie), Francis Schissler, NJ, Raymond Schissler (Kathi), Baltimore, MD, Anne Marie Parish of Westminster, MD, Elizabeth Belk (Eric), Mary Richards (Ty), Westminster, MD, Clara Moore (Terry), Rosalie Seeley (Demian) and Sykesville, MD; her siblings, Rosemary (Alfred Gill), Hagerstown, MD, Camillus (Betty), Lois (Robert Whiteford), Richard (Mary), Barbara (Patrick Dumm), Vera Noll of Phoenixville, PA and Joyce (Thomas Gregorich); and her sisters-in-law, Diana Long (Davis) of Lima, OH and Ruth Anderson (Dave Anderson) of Danville, VT. She is also survived by 42 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
