It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth John Vrtacnik of Westminster, Maryland, born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, who passed away on November 24, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Vrtacnik and Louise Vrtacnik (Payne); and his brother Paul Vrtacnik. He is survived by: his wife Roberta "Bobbi" White Vrtacnik; his son Edward Vrtacnik; his stepchildren, Jay Barnhard and Susan Binns; his stepgrandchildren, Louise Barnhard and David Barnhard; and his sister Joanie Anderson.
