He was predeceased by: his sister Brittany Livesay. He is survived by: his parents, Joseph Scott (Lynn) of Finksburg and Lori Livesay (Toby) of Union Bridge; his wife Jessica Scott (Patterson); his son Landon James Scott; his parents-in-law, Terry and Ann Patterson of Sykesville; his grandmothers, Barb Bosley of Union Bridge and Marie Stenger of Westminster; and his sister-in-law Riley Kocher (Shawn) of New Market.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that checks be made out to Landon Scott for his college fund.
