He was predeceased by: his parents, H. Guy Smith and Elizabeth Smith (Bowers); his daughter Linda Guth; and his sister Evelyn Knight. He is survived by: his wife Norma Smith (Keefer); his daughters, Lois McGinnis (Dave) of Westminster and Karen Sollott (Kenny Seitz, Jr.) of Westminster; his sister Elizabeth Wimberley of Florida; his grandchildren, Ryan Guth (Erica), Lindsay Maguire (Matt), Kelli Renfro (Bryant), Sara Sollott and Kevin McGinnis; and his son-in-law Howard Guth. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
