She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Franklin Mills and Virginia Violet Mills (Lease). She is survived by: her children, Katherine L. Hill (Rodney) of Clinton, Arkansas and Richard W. Shuck of Westminster; and her sisters, Sandra Rae Morgan, Karen Mills of Westminster, Pamela Banks of Harney and Tina Mawhinney (Rick) of Westminster. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
