We are sad to announce that on May 16, 2020, at the age of 87, Franklin Constantine of Westminster, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Norma Constantine (Buckingham) and Irvin L. Constantine, Sr.; his children, Norma Wissman (Russell) of Spring Grove, PA, Mike Constantine (Karen) of Westminster, Barb Strevig of Joppa and Lynn Daubert of Westminster; his siblings, Dorothy Skidmore and Francis Diehl; his grandchildren, Kevin, Britney, Amanda, Shannon, Autumn, Matt, Michael, Nicki and Bri; and his siblings, Irvin Leroy Constantine, Jr., Brenda Noll, Norma Smith, Wayne Constantine and Charles Constantine (Verna Caulford). He was also cherished by 7 great-grandchildren.
