He was predeceased by: his parents, Jules "Julius" Verne McPhaul and Ruth Ann McPhaul; his child Thomas P. McPhaul; and his sister Nancy Gill. He is survived by: his wife Marguerite Jane McPhaul of Fairhaven; his children, Elaine Carmichael (Brian), Michael McPhaul (Roberta), Ruth McPhaul and Donald Ports (Ginger); his daughter-in-law Kim McPhaul; his sister Ruth Ann Mulroy; his grandchildren, Brittany, Briana, Tyler, Bethany, Stephen, Courtney, Erin, Tiffany and Jesse; and his great grandchildren, Noah, Charlotte and Ryder.
