He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Edward Rowe, Sr. and Mary Bette Rowe (Porter); and his sisters, Mary Ellen Sterling and Patricia Jackson. He is survived by: his close friend Frances "Fran" Glorioso (Rogers); his daughter Diana Huey (Brian) of Parkville; and his granddaughter Tabitha.
