He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Franklin Dewey and Grace Pauline Keefer (Gosnell). He is survived by: his wife Madge Elizabeth Keefer; his daughter Pauline Rosier (Charles); and his grandchildren, Kimberly Rosier and Robert Rosier (Megan).
